Top beauty tips::

Defining your brows helps to frame your face whilst opening up the eye area dramatically. Using an angled brush, follow the natural shape of your brow, filling in any sparse area’s to get a thick natural-looking brow.

Always remove make up at the end of the day; a personal favourite is Elemis Pro Radiance Cream Cleanser, which removes make up easily and gives your skin a fresh and radiant feeling. The Elemis toner and moisturizer are both great to use after cleansing as they remove all the impurities that may be clogging the pores. Leave it on for 10 minutes to give skin a beautiful, soft and silky feeling.

My all-time favourite hairspray is Elnett Satin Extra Strength. It’s a brilliant product, minimal use is required, it doesn’t make the hair feel heavy or look dry but offers your hairstyle lasting hold with a brilliant shine and soft touch.

I always carry::

Giorgio Armani Fluid Master Primer, which I apply before any make up as it helps to smooth and mattify the skin which allows easy application of make up. Carmex lip balm is another of my must-haves, especially in winter, as it keeps your lips moisturized and helps reduce dryness and flaking. My brow kit is another necessity to keep close by; it creates the perfect brow with plenty of impact to shape your face beautifully.

Favourite commercial project::

A very emotional but rewarding experience was for Breast Cancer UK, where we did a ‘Calendar Girls’ themed shoot with cancer patients. My most favourite shoot was with one of Bollywood’s top yet most humble actors Sharukh Khan.

I always get asked::

How old I am?- 21 of course!

How to make eyes look bigger?
– Using a soft nude/white eyeliner in the water line will open up your eyes and make them look larger.

How to apply perfect lipstick?
– Applying Mac Lip Primer will keep lips moisturized & soft. It will also make your lip colour last longer. Follow with a small amount of concealer over the lips as a base, then lightly powder. Now apply lip liner to the whole lip and blend the liner inwards so the whole lip is covered as this forms a a base for your colour.
Using a lip brush now apply lipstick all over lips. You can neaten the edges using concealer and set this with translucent powder. Add gloss if desired but only to the inner part of the lips for maximum effect!

What are the advantages of cleansing, toning & moisturizing?
– Removing makeup at night is an important part of maintaining a clear complexion and avoiding breakouts. The importance of these three steps will keep the skin smooth and prevent pores from clogging. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate… Don’t skimp on moisturizer as your skin needs to be replenished after a day of exposure to the environment and from wearing makeup.

If I wasn’t a makeup artist I would be::

Bored! I’d probably work as an Events Planner.
