Our dream-team of makeup artists, photographers, hosts and post-production experts are on hand to create a stunning portfolio of images for you. Here is an outline on what to expect and how to prepare:

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?

So that we can work on you as a blank canvass please arrive with little (or preferably no) makeup. Wash your hair the night before to allow your natural hair oils to reconfigure but don’t apply any product (unless you have afro hair and use a serum). If you would like us to file polish and paint your nails please leave them free of any varnish.

WHAT OUTFITS SHOULD I BRING?

Pack four different outfit changes, including shoes and accessories – aside from the rule ‘anything goes’ there’s just one other thing we’d say: anything goes! From dresses to traditional wear, jeans & t-shirts, swimwear, lingerie, casual clothes, summer wear, winter wear, the list goes on….. Feel free to bring along other props such as musical instruments, your team’s shirt, a family heirloom or any other object you’d like to include in the shoot to make it extra personal. Casual outfits are a great way to start and then you can work your way through your favourite dresses / suits / traditional wear and lingerie or less!

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD BRING?

We do serve alcoholic beverages at the studio and if you’re lucky enough to look under 21 please bring photographic ID.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time as we’d love to offer you a drink and have a chat before the shoot commences – we stock a selection of hot & cold beverages, including Bucks Fizz and white/rose wine. You’ll be greeted by our host who will talk you through the day and ensure you know what to expect and when. They are your point of contact for the day and will be happy to answer any questions you may have! Remember that travelling through Central London, whether by bus/tube or taxi, can take longer than expected.

DO YOU OFFER PEDICURES OR PAINT TOENAILS?

The short answer is “no”, so paint your toenails beforehand so you’re top to toe ready!

WHY DO YOU TAKE A BOOKING DEPOSIT?

We take the refundable booking deposit to ensure you arrive for your appointment with your four outfits or endeavour to give us seven days notice to reschedule your appointment.

CAN I USE MY BOOKING DEPOSIT TO BUY MORE IMAGES?

Although you are under no obligation to do so if you purchase anything on the day you are more than welcome to use your refundable deposit as a credit for further images – just let your viewing consultant know. If you would like a refund this is automatically processed back on to the card it was paid on within seven working days of your appointment (although usually a lot sooner!)

HOW MUCH DO YOUR PICTURES COST?

We sell CD images, prints, frames, albums, canvasses the list goes on and depending on what or how many you want of any given product will change the price you’ll pay. To give you an idea, our high-res images with full copyright start at £70 but when purchased with our most popular packages are as low as £35 a picture. We also offer interest free credit and have packages to suit every budget.

DO I HAVE TO BUY ANY PHOTOS?

Absolutely not, we obviously hope you will but you are under no obligation to purchase any of our products. The least we want is that you have a brilliant day so you’ll tell your friends and family.

ARE THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE OF PROFESSIONAL MODELS?

Other than the pictures on our commercial shoot page unlike many studios we are proud to say all of our pictures are of our wonderful customers (used with their permission!)

I’D LIKE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT – WHAT’S THE BEST WAY?

All makeover/photography and headshot bookings are taken via phone due to our ever-changing diary. Our super friendly bookings team are on hand to organise the perfect shoot for you and will send you an email confirmation following the call.
